Spanish in origin, this dish is very popular in Cuban cuisine. Our "Pisto" is mostly meat, vegetables and seafood with just a light coating of egg - chorizo ham shrimp tomatoes, asparagus, peas, onions, peppers and garlic. Served with rice and beans.
