When many Americans see the word tortilla, they think of the flat breads of Mexico. To Cubans, like the Spanish, the word tortilla means omelet. We serve them al la Espanola (firm and flat). Enjoy a generous helping with arroz y frijoles (rice and black beans) and crusty Cuban bread.

Spanish in origin, this dish is very popular in Cuban cuisine. Our "Pisto" is mostly meat, vegetables and seafood with just a light coating of egg - chorizo ham shrimp tomatoes, asparagus, peas, onions, peppers and garlic. Served with rice and beans.
