We completed our first project as a sole developer in 1986 when we rehabbed 71 Westland Avenue to create 20 affordable and 4 market-rate apartments. Today we're upgrading the property - without removing any tenants - with the help of a refinancing agreement with FNMA (Federal National Mortgage Assn.) and MHFA ( Mass. Housing Finance Agency).
